CBD Oils

CannaBroker's CBD oils are obtained from high-quality hemp and produced using state-of-the-art CO₂ extraction. This is a gentle and effective process in which carbon dioxide (CO2) is used as a solvent to extract the desired cannabinoids and terpenes from the cannabis plant. The process takes place in several steps:

1. Carbon dioxide as a solvent: First, CO2 is pressurized to a very high pressure in a closed system, causing it to enter a “supercritical state” that combines the properties of both a liquid and a gas. In this state, CO2 behaves like a solvent and can extract the cannabinoids and terpenes from the plant.
2. Extraction: The supercritical CO2 is passed through the plant parts (mostly flowers and leaves), where it dissolves the active compounds (mainly CBD) and separates them from the plant components.
3. Separation and collection: After the CO2 has extracted the cannabinoids, the pressure is lowered again so that the CO2 returns to a gaseous state and is separated from the extracts. The resulting oil is then collected
4. Purification: In some cases, the extracted oil is further purified to remove unwanted plant matter, waxes and chlorophyll to obtain a pure CBD oil.

This extraction process is particularly popular as it does not require the use of harmful solvents and enables clean, high-quality CBD extraction.
